The Parks at Monterey Bay is proud to partner with the United States Army and Navy to renew and rebuild the military housing area located on the Monterey Peninsula. Currently in our second phase of construction, The Parks is proud to have more than 250 military families living in brand new homes built exclusively for them. Currently we have specials in place, for some of our homes built prior to 2003. Please inquire when calling for information. Single Service members have a place here as well, please speak to a Resident Relations Specialist for more information. We want The Parks to be the place you call home!
